Renovation Passport context analysis, indicators and definition matrix

Deliverable 2.1

This deliverable presents the context analysis, indicators, and definition matrix for Renovation Passports (RPs) developed within the OneClickRENO project. It establishes the conceptual and methodological foundation for designing RPs that support staged renovation planning across Europe. The report analyses the policy and regulatory context, including the revised Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), minimum energy performance standards, and national renovation strategies, while also reviewing existing RP initiatives and best practices. Building on this analysis, the deliverable defines the key components of the RP framework—such as reference buildings, energy conservation measures, and performance indicators—to create structured renovation pathways tailored to the building stock of the project’s pilot countries and scalable for broader application across Europe.

Linking skills to Building Renovation Passport performance

Deliverable 2.2

This deliverable presents the methodology developed within the OneClickRENO project to link the skills and occupations required in the construction sector to the Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) included in Building Renovation Passports (BRPs). Its objective is to ensure that renovation measures proposed in the BRPs are implemented by appropriately trained professionals, thereby improving the quality and effectiveness of renovation works. The report defines a structured approach to identify the occupations and skill sets needed for each ECM, using European frameworks such as the ESCO classification and Bloom’s taxonomy to describe competencies. It also proposes ways to integrate this information into the BRP tool, enabling building owners and advisors to identify qualified craftsmen and locate certified professionals capable of carrying out the recommended renovation actions.

Renovation passport data model

Deliverable 2.3

This deliverable presents the Renovation Passport Data Model developed within the OneClickRENO project. The model serves as the backbone for generating Renovation Passports (RPs), providing a structured and interoperable framework to support building owners, professionals, and policymakers in planning and implementing deep renovation measures. It defines a comprehensive set of indicators grouped into different sections that describe both the current status of the building and a staged renovation pathway toward improved performance.

Report on Pilot Market Activities

Deliverable 5.1

The main aim of this report is to describe the methodological approach designed and developed to implement and demonstrate the effectiveness of the staged OCR renovation BRPs in the five Pilot Markets. The methodology is based on the definition of both the Standard Action Plan (SAP), as a coordinating roadmap for the Consortium, and the Local Action Plan (LAP), as a tool to operationally implement the SAP in each local Pilot context. The SAP provides a shared framework for the Pilot Leaders to track the actual implementation of the BRPs and their impacts in the Pilot markets. The SAP is a coordination methodological tool, which each Pilot leader will adopt, and customize into a Local Action Plan (LAP) for their own market. For this reason, five LAPs are devised, each of them constituting the operational plan for the implementation of the SAP at local level. Thus, the LAP records all the information about the activities in each local context, taking into account the specific conditions, peculiarities, and requirements, as well as the expectations and goals the Pilot leaders aim to achieve through the Pilot activities. As the OCR Project progresses, the LAP will be updated by the Pilot Leaders and the later batches of this deliverable will track and report the development of the LAP.

Visual Identity, Website and Social Media

Deliverable 6.2

This deliverable provides information related to the branding and visual identity of the OneClickRENO project as well as the website structure and social media accounts created specifically for this project. It includes the addresses and design of the channels with images and screenshots to contextualize the designed brandbook. Further information about how the dissemination and communication engine will be implemented can be found at the Deliverable 6.1 OneClickRENO ‘Communication and Dissemination Plan’. A second version of this deliverable will be submitted on M36 of the project with more detailed information about the impact.

The reference building stock assessment from baseline to deep renovated status

Deliverable 3.1

This deliverable presents the initial design and development of the OneClickRENO software platform, which integrates the different technical components required to generate and manage Building Renovation Passports (BRPs). It describes the architecture, functionalities, and interoperability mechanisms of the platform, including the integration of data models, calculation modules, and user interfaces. The report outlines how the system connects building data, energy performance indicators, renovation measures, and user inputs to produce tailored renovation pathways. It also details the first implementation of the platform and its readiness for further testing and refinement in the project’s pilot countries, providing the technical foundation for the digital deployment of the BRP framework within OneClickRENO.

Data sources & calcluation integration scenarios

Deliverable 3.2

This deliverable presents the identification and analysis of data sources required to support the generation of Building Renovation Passports (BRPs) within the OneClickRENO project. It reviews the availability, structure, and quality of relevant datasets across the pilot countries, including building characteristics, energy performance information, climatic data, and regulatory requirements. The report examines how these data sources can be accessed, harmonised, and integrated into the OneClickRENO software platform to enable accurate assessment of building conditions and the definition of tailored renovation pathways. By mapping and evaluating these datasets, the deliverable establishes the data foundation necessary for the reliable functioning and scalability of the BRP system across different national contexts.

OneClickRENO tools design

Deliverable 4.1

This deliverable presents the interim design of the tools developed within the OneClickRENO project to support the implementation of Building Renovation Passports (BRPs). It describes the conceptual framework and initial specifications of the digital and methodological tools that assist building owners, advisors, and professionals in planning and managing renovation processes. The report outlines the structure, functionalities, and user-oriented design of these tools, including their integration with the BRP platform and the information required to guide decision-making throughout the renovation journey. It also details the first stage of development and validation, setting the basis for further refinement and deployment within the project’s pilot activities.

The OneClickRENO tools

Deliverable 4.2

This deliverable presents the interim release and technical description of the digital tools developed within the OneClickRENO project to support the generation of Building Renovation Passports (BRPs). It documents the implementation of the system’s core components, including the central data repository, APIs architecture, and front-end prototypes that enable users to assess buildings and generate renovation scenarios. The report explains how these elements interact within a modular, service-oriented architecture designed to ensure interoperability, scalability, and integration with external platforms. It also describes the first pilot implementation, including the Spanish renUEva-OCR prototype, which allows users to simulate renovation pathways and visualise the expected improvements in energy performance indicators.

Testing, validation and impact monitoring

Deliverable 5.2

This deliverable presents the development of renovation roadmaps and their application to pilot buildings within the OneClickRENO project. It describes the methodology used to translate the Building Renovation Passport (BRP) framework into practical renovation pathways for selected buildings in the project’s pilot countries. The report outlines how building data, energy performance indicators, and predefined renovation measures are combined to generate staged renovation scenarios that progressively improve energy efficiency and building performance. It also documents the results obtained from applying these roadmaps to pilot cases, demonstrating how the OneClickRENO approach can support building owners and professionals in planning coherent, long-term renovation strategies aligned with European energy efficiency objectives.
